The Beginning
Our journey with baking began in 2008, although our first successes came even earlier, during bakery school. It was then that a true passion for baking was born. From the beginning, we knew that this was what brought us joy and pleasure, and that we wanted to dedicate our lives to it.
We have always strived to ensure that our baked goods are not only delicious but also visually appealing. Our first steps in the profession were taken in a small, artisanal bakery in Katowice, on Mariacka Street. We are extremely proud of this period because it was there that we learned to bake sourdough bread using traditional methods.
We believe that bread plays a very important role in our diet and should be healthy and natural.
New Recipes
After years of working in Poland, we moved to Ireland to explore the bakery industry there. However, we quickly missed the hands-on work and traditional methods of our first bakery, so we started baking at home. Our first handmade loaf, "7 Grains," was a success, and the positive feedback confirmed our passion.
We soon developed new recipes, always using traditional methods, and what began as home baking eventually led us to open our own bakery.

Our Baking Process
We take pride in crafting each product with care, using only premium ingredients and time-honored techniques. From mixing and proofing to baking and finishing, every loaf and pastry is made to ensure the highest quality and freshness, ready to be enjoyed in local shops across Ireland.

We begin by carefully selecting the finest, freshest ingredients, often local and organic where possible.

We blend ingredients thoughtfully, developing the dough's structure and texture through proper mixing and kneading.

After the dough has rested, we shape it into loaves, rolls, or pastries, then allow it to proof, giving it time to rise and develop a soft, airy texture.

Once proofed, we bake the products at precise temperatures, then cool and finish them with glazes, seeds, or other artisan touches, ready to be delivered to local shops across Ireland. (click here to see locations)
